Mince Beef and Pork Pattie
Mince beef, pork mixed to a farce with sundried tomatoes, ducelle of onions, herbs and mushrooms, wrapped in a pork veil presented in puff pastry on pomme puree with morel jus.

Pan sealed supreme of chicken filled with cream cheese and chives in bacon, silver skin onions, parsley veloute carved onto creamed potato

Cobbler fish baked with lemon, butter, capers, chopped parsley and seasoning

Homemade beef burger with mixed herbs, diced onions and seasoning finished with melted cheese and sticky tomato jam served with hand cut chips

Diced chicken and tender leeks slow baked in white wine veloute topped with homemade short crust pastry served with hand cut chips
Crisp Lincolnshire Pork Belly
Served on black pudding, pomme anna with apple tarte tatin and pan juices

With chopped chives finished with a poached egg and white truffle oil
Chicken Carbonara
Strips of chicken, Parma ham, diced onion and garlic butter, finished with white wine and cream sauce, chopped parsley, Parmesan and egg yolk.

Diced onion, chilli, chorizo and garlic butter sautéed in a skittle pan finished with a Napoli sauce, pasta and chopped parsley
